Traditionally used in Herbal Medicine as a mild stimulant to help relieve catarrhs of the upper respiratory tract, including bronchitis, laryngitis and coughs associated with colds and flu.
Adults and adolescents (12 years and older) take 3 softgel capsules 2-4 times daily or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Consult a healthcare practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen after 7 days.

Cautions and warnings: Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have a liver disorder. Contraindications: Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or if you have asthma. Do not use if there is inflammation and/or ulceration of the gastrointestinal system.
Do not use if you are allergic to fish (gelatin). Known adverse reactions: Hypersensitivity (e.g. allergy) may occur. If so, discontinue use. Do not use if the safety seal is broken or missing.
