Hypromellose, microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid, magnesium stearate, silica.
Recommended Dose
Adults:
Take one capsule daily or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Use for a minimum of three
months to see beneficial effects.
Consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use if you have gall bladder disease or intestinal obstruction,
or if you are taking any other medications, including hormone-containing medications such as
progesterone preparations, oral contraceptives or hormone replacement therapy. If symptoms persist or
worsen, consult a healthcare practitioner.
Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding; if you have heart disease, high or low blood pressure,
kidney or liver disorder, diabetes or edema, or hormone-sensitive conditions such as uterine,
endometrial, breast, or ovarian cancer as well as endometriosis and uterine fibroids; if you are taking
diuretic products; or if you have a protein S deficiency as wild yam may increase the risk of thrombosis.
Hypersensitivity/allergy has been known to occur; in such a case, discontinue use. If you experience
dizziness, confusion, muscle weakness or pain, abnormal heartbeat and/or difficulty breathing,
discontinue use and seek medical attention immediately. Discontinue use if diarrhea, stomach irritation,
and/or uterine bleeding occur.
