Non-Medicinal Ingredients
Cellulose, Stearic Acid (vegetable source), Croscarmellose Sodium, Silica, Tablet Coating [hypromellose, stearic acid (vegetable source), sunflower lecithin, triethyl citrate]. Vitamin E is from Non-GMO soy.
Recommended Dose
Adult Male Dosage: Take 1 tablet twice daily with food, a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 3 months.

Cautions and Warnings
Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding or if you have abnormal constrictions of the gastrointestinal tract, potential or existing intestinal blockage, atonic bowel, appendicitis, inflammatory colon disease (e.g. Crohn’s disease or ulcerative colitis), abdominal pain of unknown origin, undiagnosed rectal bleeding, severe dehydration with depleted water or electrolytes, hemorrhoids, or diarrhoea. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use to exclude a diagnosis of prostate cancer, if you have a kidney disorder or diabetes, if you have a history of non-melanoma skin cancer, if you have faecal impaction or symptoms such as abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, or fever, or if you are taking blood thinners, blood pressure medication, cardiac medications (e.g. cardiac glycosides or anti-arrhythmic medications), thiazide diuretics, corticosteroids, liquorice root, or other medications or health products which may aggravate electrolyte imbalance. If you are taking prescription medication, consult a health care practitioner prior to use as resveratrol may alter the effectiveness of these medications. Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen. Reduce dose or discontinue use if you are experiencing abdominal pain, cramps, spasms, and/or diarrhoea. Skin rash resulting from exposure to sunlight has been known to occur in rare cases. If this occurs, discontinue use. Hypersensitivity, such as allergy, has been known to occur; in which case, discontinue use. If you experience sweating, paleness, chills, headache, dizziness, and/or confusion, discontinue use and consult a healthcare practitioner (as these may be symptoms of serious low blood sugar).
