Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup Chia seeds Extra Virgin
  • 1 cup Almond milk (or your preferred milk)
  • 1 tbsp Honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1/2 cup Granola

Instructions
 

Prepare the Chia Pudding

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the chia seeds, almond milk, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract.
  • Stir well to ensure the chia seeds are evenly distributed. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
  • Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight. During this time, the chia seeds will absorb the liquid and create a pudding-like consistency.

Assemble the Parfait

  • Once the chia pudding is ready, take two serving glasses or bowls.
  • Begin by spooning a layer of chia pudding into the bottom of each glass.
  • Add a layer of mixed berries on top of the chia pudding.
  • Sprinkle a layer of granola over the berries.
  • Repeat these layers until the glass is filled, finishing with a generous spoonful of berries and a sprinkle of granola on top.
