Chia Parfait with Berries and Granola
- 1/4 cup Chia seeds Extra Virgin
- 1 cup Almond milk (or your preferred milk)
- 1 tbsp Honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1 cup Mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 1/2 cup Granola
Prepare the Chia Pudding
- In a mixing bowl, combine the chia seeds, almond milk, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract.
- Stir well to ensure the chia seeds are evenly distributed. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight. During this time, the chia seeds will absorb the liquid and create a pudding-like consistency.
Assemble the Parfait
- Once the chia pudding is ready, take two serving glasses or bowls.
- Begin by spooning a layer of chia pudding into the bottom of each glass.
