Recommended use: Used in herbal medicine as a diuretic to relieve temporary water retention.
Recommended dose: Drink 1 cup 3 times daily.
Directions for use: Adults: Pour 250 ml of freshly boiled water over 1 tea bag in a cup and steep, covered, for 10-15 minutes. Gently squeeze the tea bag to release any remaining extract.
Duration of use: For occasional use only.
Ingredients: Fennel Fruit, Parsley, Red Clover, Uva Ursi, Cleavers and Chicory, Hibiscus.
Cautions: If you have liver or gall bladder diseases, and/or intestinal obstruction, consult a health care practitioner prior to use.
