MSM is a bioavailable form of sulfur related to dimethylsulfoxide (DMSO). Sulfur is an element found in all living organisms and 85% of it is provided by MSM and related compounds. We include molybdenum because taking supplemental MSM may encourage urinary excretion of molybdenum.
As a dietary supplement, 1 to 3 capsules one (1) to five (5) times daily, or as directed bvy a healthcare practitioner.
