1 to 2: consult a health care practitioner, 2 to 4:1 tsp once per day, 5 to 9: 1 tsp twice per day, 10 to 14: 1 tsp 2 to 4 times per day.
Medicinal ingredients per 5 ml: 1675 mg organic elderberries (Sambucus canadensis), 1:5,08 , 28,5 mg propolis extract, 1:2,14, 100 mg organic elderflowers (Sambucus canadensis). Non medicinal igredients: Organic unpasteurized honey and organic unpasteurized apple cider vinegar.
