Recommended adult dose: 1 softgel daily or as directed by a health care practitioner. Each softgel contains: CoQ10 ubiquinol form (microorganism) (as Kaneka Q+) 200 mg Organic flaxseed oil (Linum usitatissimum) (seed) 340 mg
Other Ingredients: Softgel (gelatin, glycerin, purified water, carob), non-GMO sunflower lecithin, yellow beeswax, non-GMO sunflower vitamin E. Contains no artificial colours, preservatives, or sweeteners; no dairy, starch, sugar, wheat, gluten, yeast, soy, corn, egg, fish, shellfish, salt, tree nuts, or GMOs.
