Directions:
Adults take 2 capsules 2 times per day with water at mealtimes.
Warnings:
Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are currently taking glucose-lowering drugs or herbs such as insulin, oral diabetic medication or ginseng, or if suffering from an autoimmune disease. For prolonged use or if symptoms persist or worsen, consult a health care practitioner.
Contra-indications: Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding or if you are suffering from liver or kidney disorders.
