Medicinal Ingredients (per 1 ml): Crampbark (Viburnum opulus, dried root bark) 250 mg QCE (1:4)
Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Grain alcohol, Distilled water

Description
Crampbark is used to relieve cramps, including muscle spasms, menstrual cramps, and cramps during pregnancy. It also acts as a uterine relaxant to help prevent miscarriage. In addition, it is useful in controlling nervous bowel and colicky pain from the gut (e.g.irritable bowel syndrome).
Dose
Adults: Take 4 ml (120 drops) 3 times daily in a little water on an empty stomach. Alternatively, 0.5 ml (15 drops) can be taken every 15 minutes, for up to 16 hours daily.
