Traditionally used in Ayurveda as medhya rasayana, a rejuvenating tonic to support and nourish memory and intellect.

Suggested Use: 
Adults: 1-4 times per day. Take with food. Add 1/4 tsp (1 serving) to glass a of water or milk and consume.

Cautions:

Contraindications: Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Do not use if you have kidney disorders, gout, gouty arthritis, and/or are susceptible to kidney stone formation.
