Traditionally used in Ayurveda as medhya rasayana, a rejuvenating tonic to support and nourish memory and intellect.
Suggested Use:
Adults: 1-4 times per day. Take with food. Add 1/4 tsp (1 serving) to glass a of water or milk and consume.
