Bugleweed is traditionally used in Herbal Medicine to help in the function of the thyroid gland.
Suggested Use: Adults: Take 2.5 ml (75 drops) 3 times daily, in a little water, on an empty stomach.
Medicinal Ingredients (per 1 mL):
Lemon Balm (Melissa officinalis, herb top)
Bugleweed (Lycopus americanus, herb top)
Motherwort (Leonurus cardiaca, flowering herb top)
Non-medical Ingredients: Distilled water, Certified Organic alcohol, Certified Organic vegetable glycerine
Cautions and Warnings:
Consumption with alcohol or other medications with sedative properties is not recommended. Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms worsen or persist.
Contraindications:
Do not take: if you are pregnant or breastfeeding; if you suffer from hypothyroidism or thyroid enlargement.
Known Adverse Reactions:
Discontinue use if diarrhea, stomach irritation, and/or uterine bleeding occurs. Some people may experience drowsiness. Exercise caution if operating heavy machinery, driving a motor vehicle or involved in activities requiring mental alertness.
