Recommended Dose
Adults: Take 3 capsules twice a day, preferably on an empty stomach, at least 1 hour away from food, or when needed for reflux. Avoid taking any prescription medications within two hours before and after taking this product.
Cautions and Warnings
Individuals with kidney disease should not take this product except on the advice of a doctor. Do not use with other potassium-containing supplements or with potassium-containing salt-substitutes. Do not use if you have gastrointestinal ulceration or obstruction. May cause nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal cramps; discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner if these symptoms are severe.
