Panax ginseng (Root, 16 mg / 80% Total Ginsenosides) – 20 mg
Roseroot (Rhodiola rosea, Root, 2% Salidroside, 3% Rosavin) – 100 mg
Non-Medicinal Ingredients
Hypromellose, stearic acid, magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide, and medium-chain triglycerides
Recommended Dose
Adults: Take 1 capsule twice a day. Not to be taken immediately before bedtime.

Consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, if you are taking sulphonamides, antidepressant medications, blood thinners or digoxin; if you are taking hormone replacement therapy (HRT), birth control pills, or immunosuppressive drugs. Do not use if you have bipolar disorder, bipolar spectrum disorder or myelogenous-type cancers.
Hypersensitivity (e.g. allergy) has been known to occur; in which case, discontinue use. Discontinue use
if you experience gastrointestinal upset, insomnia, anxiety, headaches, nausea or drowsiness.
