Suggested Use:
Add 1/4 cup (20 g) of Egg white Protein powder daily to 12 oz. (340 mL) of milk or other liquid. Mix and consume. Liquid egg white substitution: Mix 2 tablespoons of Egg white Protein powder with six tablespoons of water to equal 2 liquid egg whites.
