Black Cumin Seed Oil 1,000 mg per softgel. Source of linoleic acid for the maintenance of good health. Helps reduce
symptoms of allergic rhinitis. Recent meta-analyses demonstrate the beneficial effect of Nigella sativa for: Fasting glucose and HbA1c; Triglycerides, total-, VLDL-, LDL-cholesterol levels; Total antioxidant capacity (TAC) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) levels; C-reactive protein (CRP); Asthma Control Test (ACT) scores and FEV1 and; Systolic and diastolic blood pressure. Nigella sativa improves biomarkers of infalmmatory and oxidative stress and may benefit individuals with a wide range of ailments from diabetes, hypercholesterolemia, and hypertension, to remal stones. Its active compounds thymoquinone and melanin have been shown in vitro to have antimicrobial properties in vitro; prevent biofilm formation.  Current research doses up to 3,000 mg per day.                                                        

Suggested Use:
Take 1 softgel three times daily before a meal or as directed by your health-care practitioner. Take with food. If you are taking supplements containing iron, zinc, calcium, or copper, take this product a few hours before or after them.

Organic black cumin seed oil

50% linoleic acid, 20% oleic acid

Nonmedicinal ingredients: Mixed tocopherol concentrate (from
sunflower) in a softgel of bovine gelatin, glycerin, and purified water.

Contains no: Gluten, soy, wheat, corn, eggs, dairy, yeast, citrus,
preservatives, artificial flavour or colour, starch, or sugar
Cautions and warnings: Consult a health-care practitioner prior to use if you have a known immune disorder, if you have hypertension or hypotension, or if you are taking antihypertensive agents. Discontinue use if you experience gastrointestinal upset. Discontinue use and consult a health-care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen.
Contraindications: Do not take if you are pregnant, breast-feeding, or trying to conceive.
Known adverse reactions: May cause gastrointestinal upset when taken on an empty stomach.
