Suggested Use: Adults ≥ 18 years: 1-4 tablets once per day. Take at or before bedtime. The tablets should be swallowed whole with sufficient liquid.

Dry extract (4-6:1) of Melissa officinalis L. (Lemon balm leaf) … 112.5 mg
Dry extract (3-6:1) of Valeriana officinalis L. (Valerian root) … 125 mg
Dry extract *5-7:1) of Passiflora incarnata L. (Passionflower herb top) … 80 mg
