Jigsaw’s Mag SRT combines the highly absorbable form of magnesium, dimagnesium malate from Albion, with their proprietary Sustained Release Technology (SRT). SRT slows down the release of magnesium to spread it out over eight hours. This allows for maximum absorption, while eliminating the digestive discomfort often caused by other high-dose magnesium supplements.

Recommended Dose
