Frutol provides a combination of omega-3 fatty acids that support optimal cardiovascular health and cognitive funciton. EPA and DHA may play a role in regulating fatty acid metabolism. In a randomized, placebo-controlled trial involving 67 adults, supplementation with 1.92 g of EPA and DHA daily for 12 weeks supported healthy serum triglyceride levels. Research suggests that fish oil supplementation may help to maintain optimal neural functioning, which in turn supports healthy cognition. DHA also helps to support pre- and postnatal brain development, eye health, and visual acuity. Frutol comes in a delicious liquid form that provides an alternative to difficult-to-swallow capsules.*
Adults, Adolescents and Children (1 year and older): One teaspoon taken daily with a meal or as professionally directed. Can be taken in water or juice or directly into the mouth.
