Hemp & banana milk shake: You need: 3 tbsp hulled hemp, 2 cups milk (nut/hemp/rice),1 cup ice, 3 bananas, 3 stalks celery (chopped), 1 tbsp nut butter.
Directions: Blend everything in blender until smooth, enjoy! Optional: Add 1 tbsp maca powder/cacao powder/ chia seed.
