Traditionally used in Herbal Medicine as an expectorant to help relieve chest complaints such as catarrh, coughs, and bronchitis.
Suggested Use: Adults: Take 0.8-1.3 mL (25-40 drops) 3 times daily in a little water on an empty stomach.

Certified Organic/Wildcrafted Mullein (Verbascum thapsus, flower spike/leaf and flower) … 1000 mg QCE fresh (1:1) OR 250 mg QCE dry (1:4)
