Solubilized, natural fermented Japanese trans isomer CoQ10
A critical factor in CoQ10 absorption is the surface area exposed to bile salts, the bodys natural emulsifier. The patented Bio Solv technology behind Hydrosoluble Q-Gel produces sub micron size CoQ10, increasing its surface area and exposure to bile salts for enhanced micellization and absorption. While this form does not require proximity to lipid containing meals, it is generally believed that taking it with meals will still offer the best bioavailability. Vitamin E is added to enhance the solubility of CoQ10.
