For centuries the dark berries of European black elder (Sambucus nigra L.) have been traditionally used as a winter remedy.
Suggested Use:
Allow lozenge to dissolve slowly in the mouth.
Adults: Take 1 lozenge as needed up to 4 times daily.
Children 7 years of age and older: Take 1 lozenge as needed 1-2 times daily.
