Suggested Use:
Adults take 1 capsule 2 times a day up to 10 days before and during menstruation. Take with food. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 2 weeks.

Non-medicinal ingredients: gelatin*, glycerin*, Cymbopogon Citratus extract*, rapeseed oil*, tocopherols.
