Recommended Dose
Adults take 2 tablets, 2 times per day with meals. Use for a minimum of 6 weeks to see beneficial effects.
Cautions and Warnings
Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Hypersensitivity (e.g. allergy) has been known to occur; in which case discontinue use. If symptoms worsen, consult a health care practitioner.
Known adverse reactions: Some people may experience mild gastrointestinal disturbances such as diarrhoea, abdominal pain, heartburn, nausea and vomiting; in which case, discontinue use.
