Suggested Use:
Children and Adolescents: 0-13 years: 1-10 drops daily. Take directly or add to a beverage. Best taken with a fat- containing meal. Shake well.

Vitamin D3 (as Cholecalciferol) (100 IU) … 2.5mcg
Non-Medicinal Ingredients: MCT (Medium Chain Triglycerides) Oil.
