Vitamin Super B is a high-potency B complex. Bioactive and bioavailable formula. This formula includes the activated B vitamins L‑5‑methyltetrahydrofolate (MTHF), riboflavin-5-phosphate, pyridoxal-5-phosphate and methylcobalamin to support healthy methylation.
Suggested Use:
Adults: Take 1 capsule daily with a meal or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. If you are taking other medications, take this product a few hours before or after them.
