Suggested use:
(Adults): Take 1 capsule, 1 to 5 times daily with 250 ml of water or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Take at least 2-3 hours before or after antibiotics.

Do not use if you are experiencing nausea, fever, vomiting, bloody diarrhea or severe abdominal pain; if you have immune-compromised condition (e.g. AIDS, lymphoma, patients undergoing long-term corticosteroid treatment); if you are pregnant, breastfeeding or have had a recent surgery. Do not take with time-released medications that contains cellulose. This product has come into contact with milk: do not use if you have a milk allergy. Hypersensitivity/ allergy has been known to occur; in which case discontinue use. If symptoms of digestive upset (e.g. diarrhea) occur, worsen or persist beyond three days, discontinue use and consult a healthcare practitioner.
