Organic Whole Husk Psyllium is a bulk forming fiber containing both soluble and insoluble fiber to support the entire digestive system. The soluble fiber in Psyllium supports heart health and promotes the growth of beneficial gut bacteria, while the insoluble fiber can act as a bulking agent to support healthy elimination and regularity.
Because Whole Husk Psyllium is organic, it is not grown with the harsh synthetic pesticides and chemical fertilizers that are applied to conventional crops. It contains certified organic psyllium husks derived from the seeds of Plantago ovata, with no fillers or artificial flavors added.
Suggested Use: Adults, mix one (1) tablespoon (5 g) with at least 10 oz of water, juice or other desired beverage. It is recommended to drink immediately.
Do not use if safety seal is torn or damaged.
Caution: This food should be consumed with at least a full glass of liquid. Consuming this product without enough liquid may cause choking. Do not consume this product if you have difficulty in swallowing.
