For adults and children 12 or more years of age, take two capsules 1/2 hour before bedtime or as directed by your health care professional. Not recommended for children under 12 years of age.

*Standardized to contain 3% sennosides

Cascara Sagrada Bark 70 mg.
Alder Buckthorn Bark (Aged) 25 mg.
Anise 10 mg.
