This bronchial formula is similar to Breathe Well formula but with more focus on herbs that are soothing to bronchitis. Soothing, anti-inflammatory, mucilaginous herbs like licorice, plantain and high mallow flower work by way of nerve connections between the stomach and the airways, allowing the herbs to exert their influence in places they cannot physically come into contact with. Fennel is an expectorant for expelling mucus. Linden relieves cough and catarrh.
Suggested Use: Adults: To prepare a cup of tea, infuse 1 tea bag in 150-250 ml of boiling water. Allow the herbs to steep for at least 10 minutes. Drink 1 cup of tea 2-3 times daily as needed.
