Suggested Use: Adult and Child ( > 12 yrs) Dosage: Take 2 capsules daily, with water or juice on an empty stomach. Allow 6 to 12 hours for laxative effect to occur. Do not use within 2 hours of another medicine. Do not use for more than 7 days.
