HMB Complex combines beta-hydroxy-beta-methylbutyrate (HMB) with two amino acids (L-glutamine and L-arginine) involved in protein synthesis, and three essential branched chain amino acids (BCAA); L-leucine, L-isoleucine, and L-valine. HMB Complex is dairy and gluten free, suitable for vegetarians, and has a delicious naturally-flavored orange powder formula.
In a glass, add 250 ml of water or juice to two scoops of HMB Complex and mix. Take two scoops in the morning and two scoops with dinner, or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner.
